Futures Information

Futures are a four piece rock band from Buckinghamshire, England. The Band consists of Ant West (vocals/Guitar), Casey Roarty (Guitar), Christian Ward (Bass), George Lindsay (Drums). The band started up in 2009, When Friends, Ant West, Casey Roarty and George Lindsay left previous bands and looked to start a fresh! They where soon to add bassist Christian Ward and set up as Futures. The Holiday was the bands first album, it was released on the 3rd of March 2010, they released the album by themselves. They are planning to release their second album in 2011. The Futures have had success recently when they headlined the Kerrang stage at The Slam Dunk Festival in Leeds. They have also released two singles, The Boy Who Cried Wolf and Sal Paradise.

The Band named themselves Futures after the Jimmy Eat World album 'Futures'. In September 2009 when Futures where unsigned, they had there first gig at the Fly in London, which completely sold out ! Due to there massive fan base. In June 2010 they signed a major record deal with Mercury Records.
